NOT YOUR ORDINARY CIRCUIT TRAINING…
Following on from our RBF Conditioning Programme*, these high intensity 30 minute sessions are designed to give you not just a full body workout, but also improve your posture, muscle balance and flexibility over time.
Involving both aerobic and strength training exercises, it will build on strength and stamina - not injuries!
JOIN US:
Mondays & Fridays at 12.15pm
Wednesdays at 6.30pm
Saturdays at 10.15am
COST: $20 per session

* Anyone wanting to do our HIT Circuit Sessions who is not currently Personal Training with Richard - must complete the Pre-Circuit Conditioning Programme before starting these classes. This is to ensure correct techniques have been learned through all exercises and are maintained at high intensity levels at all times.
